He also mentions how they have been able to have small amounts of food and drink with a lot of carbs in them and still stay in ketosis. We also talk about the benefits as well as the negative side of being on a low carb “diet” plan, all the different high carb foods as well as the different kinds of alcohol and why it has such a negative impact on the ability to lose weight. We also talk about the difference between a good carb and a bad carb.
