In this episode of The Dr. Rob Show, we discuss the role of inflammation in weight gain.  In our society, one of the major sources of “inflammation” is our daily diet.  The digestive tract, mouth to anus is nothing more than an extension of the immune system, which serves as a protective barrier against potential hazards.  Every time we eat, are  immune system is stimulated.  Many of us consume allergenic foods on a consistent basis, which can increase the inflammatory potential in the body.  Overtime, this constant exposure to allergic foods can eventually lead to a range of symptoms such as allergies, digestive issues, joint pain and weight gain.
