Starting a site kind of like this one got me to start some research and I found your post to be really helpful. My site is centered around the idea that you can starve cancer by countering the angiogenic process. I wish you good luck with your research in the future and you can be sure I’ll be following it.

This should not be news to anyone. Since it is a generic article, there will probably be a small fraction of the population that this advice (exercising) doesn’t apply. However, just because it doesn’t apply to a small number of people, doesn’t mean this article isn’t worth publishing. What surprises me is the number of people who just don’t get it. Simply following a balanced, healthy diet, with a healthy amount of exercise can take care of most of your physical problems. Then all that would be left would be the serious “non-lifestyle” illnesses, such as certain cancers, for example. The number of people who seem to believe they don’t fall into this “all I need is a healthy diet and exercise” group is amazing. Especially since they have everything to gain and nothing to lose. For whatever reason, all they seem to think they need is “better health insurance” and “magic pills” to cure them.

The disguised threat in all of this is that as peoplefight to reduce weight levels the knock on effect of all of this then emerges as fitness levels tightens up with little available exercise being taken and more disease becoming prevalent…If Central Governments don’t take a grip soon then we could be facing an obesity problem.
